At Comly Zone, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During high order volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (varies by location)

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.


Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • High order volume
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Comly Zone is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. After that, you may contact us at support@comlyzone.com for assistance.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
